used in the original law to describe who\u00a0must comply\u00a0was not adequately defined.\u00a0 Which types of\u00a0establishments\u00a0fall\u00a0into the category of\u00a0&#8220;public accommodations facility&#8221; and which do not?<\/p>\n<p>The answer to this question is the focus of a proposed interpretive rule that\u00a0the Consumer Product\u00a0Safety Commission (CPSC) would like to add to the existing Pool and Spa Safety Act.\u00a0 If the newly proposed definition for the term &#8220;public accommodations\u00a0facility&#8221;
