The Hayward EcoStar works with any size in ground pool. Its super-efficient permanent magnet, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor, and industry leading hydraulic design can save you up to 90 percent on your energy costs. It also has a service mode that allows your service company to clean your pool quicker. The integrated controller is programmable with a self-contained 24-hour clock and up to 8 custom speed and timer functions that allow EcoStar to manage flow throughout the day. The user interface can be repositioned or even removed and mounted on the wall for easier access.
When operating at lower speeds, EcoStar moves water more efficiently through the filter, which means more particulate is removed from pool and spa water. This means your water will stay clearer. This also greatly reduces the noise from the pump.
The EcoStar SVRS model features an integrated Safety Vacuum Release System (SVRS) that helps prevent suction entrapment without any additional devices or any additional plumbing or wiring. It meets or exceeds all relevant ASME/ANSI standards as required by the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act and other similar state and local requirements.
